Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.Responsibilities

• Design, build and refine trading features including spot, margin, futures, simple buy/sell for centralized crypto exchange, for web, app and trading API.
• Track progress and execute on development, testing, launch and operations.
• Follow up with post-launch improvements and bug fixes based on feedback and data.
• Collect user and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize our trading products.
• Regularly perform competitor research and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or above; Engineering, Math, Computer Science or related majors preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with trading and crypto exchanges, ranging from spot and margin to futures.
• Familiar and keeps up to date with crypto exchange competitive landscape.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with different teams: Product, Engineering, Ops, Treasury, Compliance and more.
• Independent thinking and quick learning in a fast paced environment.
• Good project management and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time.
