Role and Responsibilities: As a Trading Support Engineer from a crypto background, you will play a crucial role in supporting their trading operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of their trading systems infrastructure. You will work closely with traders, developers, and other support teams to provide technical expertise and resolve complex issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-class support for their proprietary trading systems, including order management, execution platforms, and risk management tools.

• Collaborating with traders and developers to understand system requirements and implement enhancements or changes.

• Troubleshooting and resolving trading-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities.

• Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency.

• Managing and maintaining connectivity to various cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity providers.

• Developing and maintaining documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices for system support and troubleshooting.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the crypto industry to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• MUST be from a Cryptocurrency background.

• MUST have L1 & L2 support experience.

• Strong knowledge and experience in supporting trading systems, preferably in the cryptocurrency market.

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, market data feeds, and order execution processes.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and network protocols.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Familiarity with crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and security practices in the crypto space.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
