Position Title: Traditional Herbal Tea Cook


Location: Singapore


Employment Type: Full-time


Salary Range: SGD 2,800 (depending on experience)


Responsibilities:


Prepare traditional Chinese herbal teas daily, including Chrysanthemum Tea, Five Flowers Tea, and Twenty-Four Herbs Measure, rinse, boil, and store herbs according to standard recipes Ensure consistent taste and quality that meets company standards Manage herbal inventory, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate restocking Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea preparation area in accordance with food safety guidelines Assist with retail sales and customer inquiries, explaining the benefits and usage of herbal teas
Requirements:


Prior experience in brewing traditional Chinese herbal teas is preferred Familiarity with common Chinese herbs and preparation methods Able to independently manage the tea preparation process with good time management Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure Willing to learn and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced retail environment Basic English & Chinese language skills to understand recipes and instructions
