Job Description

s:

• Reimburse drivers with cash from cash box for DHC Payment.
• Pay driver\xe2\x80\x99s Medical Claim, Safety Shoes & Passes Claim.
• Apply or renew related passes for drivers and vehicle.
• Update vehicle and driver\xe2\x80\x99s detail from time to time.
• Arrange contractors to do servicing for forklift/reach stacker/diesel tank when due.
• Schedule drivers\xe2\x80\x99 daily attendance to meet IGH demand and to promptly escalate to Head of Traffic if driver\xe2\x80\x99s supply is unable to meet IGH demand.
• To support Head of Traffic in mapping and executing safety training program for IGH drivers.
• Liaise with PSA regarding IGH operations include all admin work - e.g. vehicle and/or drivers\xe2\x80\x99 details due to changes etc.
• Update the IGH summary containers report from PORTNET twice weekly.
• Calculation of IGH drivers\xe2\x80\x99 monthly trip commission, deduction of drivers\xe2\x80\x99 allowance due to damages / accident etc.
• Conduct sales of VPC by sourcing for new customers and renewal of VPC with existing customers, including applying for VPC accordingly.
• Liaise with LTA on VPC related matters including renewal of license etc.
• Order required parts and inventory management.
• Other matters assigned by the supervisor.

• Independent learner who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated with a positive working attitude

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm,alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month Benefits:
