Traffic Controller
Job Description
: 1) Fully deployed drivers to ensure timely completion of deliveries 2) Work with customers to coordinate all operations matters 3) Work closely with local transport & warehouse departments 4) Handle delivery escalations and maintain service KPIs 5) Liaise with customers to receive job orders 6) Plan routes and delivery schedules for drivers to maximize rebates 7) Plan utilization of trailers and parking space 8) Utilize Portnet & CMS to book slots and verify details 9) Coaching assistant traffic controller on daily deployment.
Requirements: 1) Able to speak & write English and Chinese 2) Able to work on alternate weekend 3) Able to take hardship and always willing to learn 4) Able to be always contactable
