Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule drivers\xe2\x80\x99 daily jobs
- Planning of routes to minimize company costing
- Ensure vehicle are properly maintain and vehicle servicing
- To resolve operational problems encountered by drivers
- Coordinate closely with drivers and team of internal coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient transportation
- Check and verify drivers\xe2\x80\x99 trip claims when required
- Perform all other ad-hoc operations duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience as a traffic controller or in the transportation industry
- Good commination and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Familiar with Singapore road map
- Able to multi-task and work under least supervision in a fast-moving environment
- Responsible, independent & meticulous
- Able to work during irregular hours
- Hardworking and good working attitude
