Responsibilities:

Co-Ordinating workflow and materials between editorial, design, client and printers
Checking of all pre-press files and documents
Plan, implement and monitor advertising campaigns from start to finish
Optimize the campaign execution to reach the KPIs, ensure campaign delivery objectives are met
Ensure that the campaign process is running smoothly
To support the team with media data reports, and preparation of post campaign reports
General Administrative work

Requirements:

We are looking for a well-organised, details-oriented and meticulous person
Pleasant attitude and hardworking
Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in Advertising Operations or related field
Have good communication skill and able to work as a team
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks
Curious with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly
Fresh grads are welcome to apply
