Key Responsibilities Provide pricing and brokering services to our clients Calculate dealing prices in accordance with Company policies Business Development Sales and client relationship management with customers and prospective customers Work with all brokers on the broking desks and liaise with other broking offices within the Group globally Partake in on-job-trainings to efficiently become a full-fledged broker Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers Key Requirements Fluent communications in English (and any other languages are a plus) Good rapport building skills is a must Outgoing and able to socialise with clients Previous sales experience is preferred (i.e.: customer service, F&B industry, Retail, Hospitality etc.) Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferably quick-witted and numerically inclined Good team player and able to work well independently Good tolerance for stress in a fast-paced environment Able to work well under pressure BGC and our affiliates are a fair employer and have adopted the Tripartite Standard on Recruitment Practices (RP).
