We are currently looking for a dynamic and meticulous individual to join our Trading Services team. In this role you will service our global clients by providing support with the operational aspects of our business. The Singapore-based role will collaborate with different functions across the business and assist with our clients' needs, ranging from dealing, trade investigations, account servicing, marketing content, products and more.

What you'll do
Providing front line support to our clients across phone, email, and web chat your role will include the below:
Answering queries from our client base on all of our products and platforms
Providing an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support)
Investigate and resolve trade disputes
Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages
Convey any regulatory or changes within IG to clients in a timely manner
Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks
Provide information and any required actions relating to any ongoing corporate actions on clients' accounts
Project management with relevant stakeholders in areas including marketing, compliance, product, dealing desk, etc.
Who you'll be
An aspiring professional who brings with them:
A degree-level education
6- 18 months experience in any client facing or middle office role (experience working with a financial services company is desired)
A keen demonstrable interest in and understanding of financial markets
Self-starting, enthusiastic team-player who will be willing and able to help colleagues at peak-times
Organized / pro-active individual who has the ability to remain calm and measured during periods of high intensity
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work at a consistently high standard
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A logical and analytical approach to problem solving
High level of numeracy / mental arithmetic
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
