Job Requirement
Degree with min 4 to 5 years of working experience in Contact Center
Location: Alexandra/ Raffles
Experience in stakeholder management
Strong in Contact Center domains
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize knowledge usage
Works alongside with Contact Centre stakeholders, internal and external, to promote and optimize the usage of the organization\'s knowledge assets
Review and disseminate campaign materials to Contact Centre staff
Provide feedback for improving the Contact Centre\'s knowledge base
Monitor and facilitate communication between Business Units and Contact Centre
Validate information dissemination and accuracy within the Knowledge Management System
Serve as the Administrator of Contact Centre Knowledge Management
