Job Highlights Fun & Interesting work culture Attractive Remuneration Package Outstanding Career Development OpportunitiesDuties and Responsibilities: - Work with operations department to review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regularly to streamline the processes for better efficiency- Conduct Outlet Examination and Training regularly for staff development and/or promotion- Conduct Training and Work trials for potential new hires- Review the performance of Store employees in maintaining and implementing new SOPs- Perform related duties/tasks as requiredRequirements: - Preferably at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's degree- At least 1 year relevant training or teaching experience in similar industry- Candidate with equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered- A good team player with positive attitude.
