Perform administrative support in training related matters, assist in the preparation of training reports and documents and liaise with trainees and external customers (training treatment models) on the implementation of various training programs
Maintain and update online training model schedule, records & database.
Source out training models, attend to training model’s needs and feedback, receive training model appointment, document and send out confirmation and reminder.
Assist in ITEC enrolment, coordination and examination requirements.
Assist in training materials reproduction and distribution.
Review, revise and file documents for effective record keeping and documentation needed.
Perform inventory check, order supplies and stock up supplies properly.
Conduct pre-training briefing for new trainees.
Assist in enrolling employees to any external training course.
Perform other related tasks and duties as when delegated such as ABC program.
