We are seeking a Training Administrator to support training function. You will be responsible for communicating with participants and vendors and assist with developing effective programs. You are to ensure that all mandatory training requirements are complied. To register the necessary mandatory training and refresher courses for new and existing employees. To source and keep a records of training centres for course administration. To maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, fees, training grants etc.). To keep track of employees training records and follow up on refresher and renewal requirements. Submit support claims to the relevant authority for grants and to keep track of the funds from SDL and etc. Format of training such as online or e-learning, structured on-the-job training, in-house, seminars, workshops, conference and private courses or lessons. Liaise with training providers on the program. Issue letters pertaining to company support to respective employees. Conduct after training evaluation of course program. Submit reports on training activities and results.
Requirements Diploma/certificate in social studies, training and development from a recognise institution. 3 or more years of relevant working experience in training administration. Familiar with the various grants scheme. Details oriented and knowledge of office procedure and billing. Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of databases. Excellence communication and negotiation skills. 5 day workweek
