How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide is looking for a candidate who is a mature and independent individual responsible for course administration to ensure that the courses are rolled-out as planned & timely support to SEA management executives in daily work, to ensure smooth business operations. This individual will work cohesively with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of Training & Qualification (T&Q) courses.
Key day-to-day accountabilities include but not limited to:
Support on the Training & Qualification programme
Registers employee on the respective course vendor\'s website
Raises PO & processes invoice for payment
Generating and creating necessary reports to track the process and training utilization
Monitor status of training completion and follow up
Attend to training related administrative and logistics matters
Assist and participate in ad hoc projects
To manage the calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements effectively to keep the meeting/appointment on schedule
Communication with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.
To monitor requests for work commissioned by the VP and department manager, progress chasing as required, to track that deadlines are met based on the plan.
To support in travel and visa activities
To manage and track business related bills and payments, to ensure the smooth running of daily business.
To organize internal or external events on request and all the related logistics arrangements
To handle all sensitive and confidential information and documents etc in line with Information Protection guidelines.
Are you a MATCH?
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
Working experience preferably in an MNC environment, in customer service, administration, logistic, freight forwarding coordination & etc.
Job experience with background/work in similar environments such as training institutes and familiar with end to end training needs, budgeting and implementation process, learning vendors sourcing, selection and management.
Preferably to have experience in ISO 9001 requirements.
Knowledge or experience in using intelex systems will be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to handle assignments and projects accurately and with attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality with Integrity.
Has passion for excellent work, self-motivated to work independently.
Results-orientated and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and is a team player.
Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.
