About the role
Works closely with programme managers and external training partners, supporting the execution of Integrative’s training courses in leadership, management, and governance.
While mentorship is provided, you will be expected to work independently and be responsible for your designated sales goal.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM system, support and execute email marketing strategies, generate and nurture leads to support the sales team
- Hosting and Manage online streaming
- Conduct market research and analysis to support sales and marketing pitches
- Coordinate the production of all marketing materials and publications
- Manage training logistics and post-delivery
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Diploma Qualification, in Business Administration, Communications
- 1 - 2 years’ sales experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication; Effective presentation skills
- Goal-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Self-starter with high level of energy, integrity, and professionalism
