Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead trainer in the training department to ensure SSA\'s technical training needs are taken care of in order for staff to be able to carry out their roles in maintenance and system engineering proficiently
  • Assist the lead trainer to develop and update comprehensive training materials, courses and resources covering SecurNet and basic Networking/Database
  • Assist the lead trainer to review Training / Courses and recommended appropriate strategies to convert to blended or e-learning format.
  • Conduct engaging and formal classroom training sessions for new hires, ensuring the effective transfer of technical knowledge and skills
  • Facilitate practical, hands-on exercises and simulations to reinforce theoretical concepts and promote practical problem-solving
  • Assist the lead trainer to develop and administer assessment to evaluate new hires comprehension and skill development, providing constructive feedback for improvements
  • Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, or emerging technologies and issues faced during existing project deployment to effectively conduct training
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
  • Preferably 7 years of hands-on relevant experience in ICT project delivery / maintenance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
