Summary

The incumbent will be task to take an active role in maintaining the security and IT systems of customer sites. You will be primarily responsible to ensure the operational and functional the systems. In addition, the successful candidate must be comfortable in engaging with internal and customer stakeholders to establish well working relationships.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for the system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times.
• Conduct physical and visual checks on system, functional tests on various security devices and ensure it meet require performance
• Ensure preventive maintenance work is being carried out as per schedule.
• Executes/clears fault calls, corrective maintenance or any issue arises from time to time.
• Provide onsite support on security system related work for the Server, Network, Security related Equipment and Workstation.
• Ensure periodic backup is being carried out for database and system.
• Work as team to complete and carry out service works PM/CM work schedule.
• Submit service report, clearly stating the type of repair/work carried out/completed including time of receiving service request and time of arriving at site if under calls.
• Monitor on site licenses expiry and updates superior should renewals be required.
• To supervise and co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on all site matters.
• Support and assist team leader in meeting and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide 24 hours emergency support on site when activated.
• Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required.
• Administrative work such as recording and filing of document, preparation of quotation and negotiation with contractor and supplier.
• Keep abreast of technical competencies.
• If the need arises, he may be assigned any other duties either within the same department from time to time.

• Diploma Holder or Higher Nitec in engineering discipline such as Security System, IT, Network, Electronics, Computer Science and Cyber Security.
• Fresh Diploma holder or Minimum 2 years of working experience for those ITE holder
• Preferably, in Security/IT industry, those with other engineering experience can be considered.
• Singaporean (Due to the nature of the project, only Singaporean can be considered)

• The incumbent reports to Manager, Smart Security & Automation

• 24 Ang Mo Kio Street 65, Electronics Hub / Various project sites
