1. Assists the Training Manager in establishing training strategies, implementing plans and coordinating activities to all stores' management team.2. Assists the Training Manager in the implementation of the Training Department's curriculum for AMIT, managers, shift team leaders, service crew, and other support group employees.3. Completes all administrative requirements and reports. Manages training records in accordance with Company policies.4. Monitors inventory levels of all training materials to ensure availability to all stores to provide quality training of employees. Ensures execution of preventive maintenance for all training equipment.5. Performs other job related duties as may be assigned or required.Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any 4-year course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations Must be familiar in MS Office Must be familiar in video and photo editing applications (Adobe Photoshop and Premier) Excellent Leadership and influencing skills Willing to be assigned in Marikina/Taguig and is willing to travelJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php14,867.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:
