The Job SummaryAs a Driver Training Associate, you will develop and maintain driver quality through training; Improve conversion through proper positioning. Update and document all updates on processes, driver app, and policies.Your Job Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing the SOP of the current logistics and operations team.
- Responsible for securing driver supply, managing driver side commercials, and increasing vehicle utilization.
- Responsible for fleet training/education, managing drivers to achieve the highest standard of customer experience and adherence to agreed SOPs and SLAs.
- Generate ideas and process optimizations to streamline the daily operational duties Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs.
- At least 2 years of experience in Logistics related fields.
- You earned your degree in business, economics, management, or engineering, with a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with an investigative spirit.
- Analytical, number-oriented, with the ability to work with large data sets
- Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills. SQL knowledge is a great plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to make quick, assertive decisions.
- Independent, proactive, and highly motivated fast learner.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite.
- 8 hour shift
