Job Description
You will be involved in a multitude of tasks, communicating with a variety of stakeholders & responsible for various client engagements. A high level of initiative, creativity & a sense of enthusiasm is needed to be successful in this position.Specific Responsibilities1. Analyse the client's training needs2. Determine suitable training programmes & methods3. Communicate with client's on the interventions taken & it's impact4. Facilitate Group Discussions5. Develop Contextualised Learning Materials6. Actively seek out opportunities to offer our servicesCompetencies1. Active participation in learning intervention process.2. Engagement techniques to influence employees and stakeholders professionally3. Proposal development, pitching & facilitating learning experiences.4. New Client AcquisitionEducational Qualifications RequiredMin. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related degreePreferably with ACTA or ACLP Qualification and/or Psychometric tool Certifications
