Job overview:
Training Content Creator reports to the Director, Training Development & Design and is part of the Operations Team at Restaurant Brands International. You will lead instructional design for our brands & support training initiatives from concept to launch. This role will create training content using design authoring tools, collaborate with RBI regional operations teams, vendors, and translation partners to shape training deliverables, organize training communications, and assist in establishing training best practices to improve continuously. This role affects training projects with goals of raising restaurant employee engagement, strengthening franchisee operations, and improving guest satisfaction.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a fixed term of 1 year.
