Job Description

Job Summary: The role of Training Coordinator ensures the smooth and effective roll-out of training events and all its related activities to meet the requirements of the clients. The training coordinator will oversee the schedules, development, and coordination of training.Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinates with various training centers on the schedules of training.
  • Facilitates the accomplishment of training requirements of the trainees and finalize the list of trainees for enrollment.
  • Coordinate and arrange with the training center the enrollment of trainees and provide the required enrollment details.
  • Understand the training requirement suitable to the trainees and give further recommendation to the client.
  • Provides training orientation to trainees in coordination with the respective training center giving emphasis on setting proper expectation and strong foundation on the commitment of each trainee.
  • Closely monitor the attendance and performance of trainees all through out the duration of their training.
  • Remind the trainees of their respective trainings, ensuring that they attend per schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain a consolidated training progress report for all trainees from all the involved training centers and forward the report to all concerned.
  • Provides necessary assistance and instill motivation to trainees who are subject for close monitoring.
  • Initiate necessary action to address the concerns of trainees and recommends further action applicable to the training performance of the trainee.
  • Ensure proper handling of training-related certificates are provided by the affiliated training centers
  • Conducts needs assessments, identifying skills or knowledge gaps that needs to be addressed per applicant
  • Uphold best practices and corporate education principles for training
  • Keep abreast with the new training methods and techniques
  • Ensure that design and educational aids and materials of the training centers are updated
  • Measure instructional effectiveness and generate summative evaluation reports with the goal of defining the impact of training
  • Oversee and ensure that training facilities and necessary equipment are conducive to learning.
  • Provide regular feed back on the performance of the training centers.
  • Liaises with other Departments to capture all requests and concerns (if any) by conducting regular coordination meeting
  • Performs other tasks assigned by his/her immediate superior to achieve its business requirements
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree on any business-related or similar courses
  • At least 2 years previous experience within a manpower agency or related training center
  • With excellent coordination skills
  • With excellent interpersonal skills
