This is a permanent position attached to an IT Training Institute. Location: Beach Road
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all matters related to enquiries and registration of Training Courses
Act as the first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
Obtain precise customer personal particulars, assist in SkillsFuture applications
Check for the course and grant eligibility
Complete Classroom Setup before and after each class
Call prospective students and HR / Companies to promote and offer our WSQ funded courses
Take care of Inventory of Books, Pantry for Snacks
Ensure all calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system
Provide technical call screening and assign call to the appropriate person
Provide best-effort technical advice to customers in a timely and professional manner
Assist management in day to day operations and office administration.
Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required
Requirements
– O Level to Diploma
Working experience in the education / customer Service industry is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Multitasking and time-management skills, meticulous with the ability to prioritize tasks
Good team player
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8.15am to 6pm
Saturday is half day, morning or afternoon shift will be allocated, either 8.15am to 1.15pm or 1.15pm to 6pm(Overtime pay for work that exceeds 44 hours a week)
