Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate administrative support for workshops and events including training materials and certificates
  • Building good relationship with customers, trainers and other colleagues
  • Update Events and Training Calendars and events on social medias
  • Ensure timely response to customers enquires, quotation and training request
Requirements :
  • Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Entry level candidates are welcome to apply)
  • Positive and Customer-centric service mindset
  • Strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Meticulous and attention to details
