What is your mission?
  • Develop and approve effective training programs and materials, making regular modifications to programs where necessary, ensuring to lead the development and documentation of the training path for key positions within the business and communicating this information as needed.
  • Implement AGM training programs as well as subsequent field leadership training programs that ensure optimal leadership within the business; lead the creation of training material and content for training programs, identifying tools for relaying that content to relevant personnel.
  • Conduct research, approve, and make further recommendations for appropriate learning management systems and databases, ensuring to develop, implement, monitor, and maintain both initial and ongoing training programs across the business.
  • Establish and maintain training metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training, ensuring to partner with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to the latest industry trends and practices.
  • Ensure maintenance of knowledge in the training and development department, introducing the latest and most applicable trends in training and development; stay up to date with the latest instructional technologies through the establishment of personal networks, attendance of workshops, reviewing of professional publications, and participation in professional industry associations.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 8+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in developing policies, process documentation, training and communication materials.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis.
  • Demonstrated strong facilitation skills using Adult Learning Theories.
  • Possesses strong computer and software skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
