Assist in staff onboarding (Orientation, Administrative matters)
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and support regarding training programs under Seniors\' Community Services division.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls relating to training.
Input and maintain accurate records and data in excel. Monitor and track the progress and completion of all training programs, adhering to the training timeline.
Update or create training materials and design e-learning content to meet market and industry needs.
Training matters for foreign nursing aides, which includes registering, validating attendance reports and liaising with the Finance Department on the payment portion.
Liaise with external vendors and manage training-related resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
Support communication efforts related to training, including announcements, dissemination of the training certificates (if any) and reminders.
To assist in course registration for training courses which require LMS registration.
Handle the AIC portal for course registration, create profile access, update access changes, deactivate staff who have left service.
Support internal and external audits on training processes and documentation, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Willingness to undertake any other administrative duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Possess a diploma or higher in Business Administration / HR / Training & Development
Good time management and interpersonal skills
Meticulous with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess good IT skills and knowledge, especially Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Highly meticulous, detail oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in e-Frontier will be an advantage
Able to communicate well with stakeholders and vendors
Passion to work in the social service sector
