Job Description


We're Hiring Ubiquity is hiring for a Training Implementations Officer to join our Bacolod Team. The Training Implementations Officer will be in charge with conducting training sessions with our new hires, module creation and handling our new programs. The Responsibilities

  • Completing the training process and procedure documents upon acquisition of training materials and job aids
  • Identify training timelines and develop training curriculum inclusive of training assessment and certification
  • Hosts Train-the-Trainer sessions with training class POCs
  • Ensuring all parked questions during training are communicated to the clients for resolution
  • Observe pilot classes and continuously communicate barriers and success to implementation manager up to 60th day in production
  • Works with the Implementation Manager in making sure that implementation deliverables are met as scheduled
  • Attends training meetings with the client to collect program information and understand process flows to be used in curriculum development
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance
  • Conduct class visits and observations with launching programs depending on availability
  • Assists the Implementation Manager in making sure that post implementation training concerns are attended in a timely manner. Post implementation is from Live date up to 60-days in Production
  • Report and escalate implementation concerns as needed
  • Develop and cultivate partnership with clients, accounts and account management
  • Handle day to day issues and ensure that these are worked on together with the concerned department
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and credential requests
  • Ensures weekly Program Mastery Assessments are in place effective week 2 of going live up to 60th day in production
  • Conducts feedback sessions with the pilot classes
  • Train classes (as necessary)
Ideal Candidates Have
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred but not required
  • Superior communication skills, oral and written
  • Demonstrated experience in training and curriculum design
  • Knowledge of operation of computer based training systems, PC, TV/DVD, and multi-media projectors for facilitation purposes
  • Computer literacy with MS Office applications - PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook, Moviemaker, etc
  • Strong presentation skills and superior in establishing working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Experience in developing training materials
  • Solid research skills and instructional savvy to create clear and effective instructional content
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment and make sound business decisions
  • Must be able to handle multiple and shifting priorities
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be team-oriented
  • Willing to work varied hours and days as needed
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and has a strong sense of integrity training timelines and curriculum
  • Must be okay with working onsite and working at home
  • BPO Experience is required (specializes in Training & Development in a contact center setting)
