Job Description
Assists/Collaborates with unit Heads to determine training needs of Hub staff
Supports in preparing a training curriculum for Hub personnel
Prepare participants lists and coordinates corresponding training sessions to concerned Hub leaders.
Facilitates individual training sessions, as directed by the Training Manager.
Monitor attendance of target participants on scheduled training programs.
Issue training feedback form to participants
Coordinates with concerned units managers to monitor whether training participants are able to apply leanings from training programs. Conduct checks/validations to confirm
With 4 years Bachelor Degree
With experience in Logistic or Express industruy
Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City
