Training Supervisor
Job Description
In charge of the overall Training & Overseas Section
Monitors the orientation for newly-hired probationary, casual, and under-agency employees
Ensures the validity of expat's visa and work permit
Oversees end-to-end preparation and execution of training (internal and external; local and overseas)Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any other related course
Must have at least three (3) years of related experience in a supervisory capacity
Must be proficient in communicating, both in oral and written English and Filipino
Can relate effectively with all types of people in the organization and can demonstrate strong leadership ability
Capable of teaching and training people
Capable of maintaining confidential informationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
