Core Function: The Training Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision, training and guidance of Training Officers in the delivery of quality training programme for adults with disabilities. The Training Supervisor will also be involved in the daily training provided for SUN-DAC\xe2\x80\x99s clients.
Core Responsibilities:
To use evidence based methods in providing supervision and guidance to Training Officers.
Oversees development of Training Officers to ensure quality training programmes are delivered.
Trains and assists adults with disabilities in ADLs (activities of daily living), CLSs (community living skills and pre-vocational skills.
Attend to the personal needs of these adults and ensure their safety and well-being.
Complete and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide an individual care plan for each client.
Assists Centre Manager in daily operations of the centre when necessary.

Core Work Requirements: Education:
Min NITEC or GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Levels.
Diploma graduate from relevant discipline. Or an \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 level graduate with a Diploma in Special Education (DISE) from National Institute of Education.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience working in the sector preferred.
At least 3 years of people management skills
Computer proficient.
Special Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, volunteers, and the public. Must be self-directed and work independently.
Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to attend training events, organisation events and agency meetings.
Working Hours: Full time; 40 hours per week; with the ability to work flexible hours depending on needs and events
