Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Transact Technical Lead with strong domain expertise in Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees & Taxes, and Payments. The role involves leading technical design, development, and integration of Temenos Transact (T24) modules to deliver robust and scalable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of T24 solutions across Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees & Taxes, and Payments modules. Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications. Oversee customization, parameterization, and integration with external systems. Perform code reviews, technical validation, and performance optimization. Guide development teams in best practices, debugging, and issue resolution. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testing teams to ensure quality delivery. Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Strong hands-on experience in Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees & Taxes, and Payments modules. Proficiency in TAFJ, Java Extensibility Framework, and PL/SQL. Good understanding of T24 integration frameworks (IRIS, MQ, REST/SOAP APIs). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
