Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre candidate to join them. Responsible for TA Oversight activities. Oversight on appointed Vendors. Responsible remits & handlings including escalations, complaints, breaches, pricing error & operational issues. Main contact points for Services Providers and internal business partners as the middle point to manage expectation on both sides and to mitigate impacts when issues happened. Provide services support on local funds e.g. orders arrangement & commission payments. Monitor services by the appointed Vendor. Support enquires from internal business partners including Sales and Client Services team, Legal and Compliance. Collaborate with other internal stakeholders on company goals & initiatives such as \xe2\x80\x98Products\xe2\x80\x99 initiatives. Support appointed services providers on related TA activities and developments. Collaborate with the teams from other locations and share comments, issues and suggestions or solutions. To be considered, you should be a degree holder in with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience financial services firm ideally in a client service role, Mutual funds experience is a plus. Sound PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office applications. Good written and verbal communication skills. Build and maintain good relationship with clients and business partners.
