Responsibilities

Installing virtual appliance
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
Replacing faulty hardware components when required
Create technical documents

Requirements

Possess Higher Nitec / Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology
Investigative and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems
Basic VMware ESXi knowledge
Basic Microsoft Hyper-V knowledge
Basic Red Hat Linux knowledge
No prior experience required
Has positive learning attitude
