:

• Coordinate between donors and recipients in the kidney transplant process
• Provide counselling to patients and their families for those patients
• Assist in implement and evaluate the care of the transplant patient.
• Assesses post-transplant organ function and general health status
• Educate family and care givers on the transplant progress
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any healthcare, life sciences, Psychology related field
• At least 2 years of working experiences
