Our esteemed client is looking for Transplant Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Performing clinical activities and administrative duties

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating of patient\xe2\x80\x99s referrals and pre-transplant evaluation

\xc2\xb7Assisting donors and recipients in the entire kidney transplant process

\xc2\xb7Provide counselling and conducting transplant workup for potential donors and recipients.

\xc2\xb7Provide counselling to patients and their families for those patients that are considering deceased donor kidney transplant.

\xc2\xb7Attend ward rounds and clinic sessions where discussion was being held

\xc2\xb7Providing discharge teaching and assist in the follow-up care of complex post-kidney transplant patients.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years working experience preferred

\xc2\xb7Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Arts and Social Science Majoring in Social Work or Life Sciences

\xc2\xb7Mature and willing to be on call
