Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and a team of staff and drivers including sub-contractors. -
Plan and schedule daily routes and ensure that the optimum number of vehicles is working at all times to meet customer needs. -
Allocate, and record resources and movements on the transport planning system. -
Ensure operational efficiency, identify potential cost savings opportunities, and carry out periodic reviews to identify gaps and improve on existing operations. -
Track, monitor, report, and control transportation costs. -
Coordination of all transport matters within the organization. -
Effective liaison, support, and assistance with internal and external customers. -
Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
We are looking for:
-
Degree/Diploma preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. -
Minimum 2 years of experience in route planning or distribution operations. -
Familiar with LTA and local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 rules and regulations. -
Strong supervisory, planning, and interpersonal skills. -
Self-motivated and results-oriented. -
Proficient in MS Office. -
Candidates with more years of experience can be considered for the Senior Supervisor role.
