Job Description
- Singapore Based (Tanjong Pagar)
- 5 Days work per week (8.45am to 5.45pm)
- Bachelor\'s degree in business management, Logistics, or related field (preferred) + Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport and logistics management, preferably in the travel industry

Transport Management:
- Coordinate transportation logistics for inbound travelers, including airport transfers and tour vehicles.
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation services for clients.
- Collaborate with transportation providers and suppliers to negotiate contracts and rates.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure the availability of vehicles and resources for scheduled operations.
- Oversee the quality and safety standards of transportation services.
- Implement and enforce operational protocols and safety measures.
- Plan and execute logistics for tours and travel itineraries.
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Supervise and lead a team of transport and logistics personnel.
- Delegate tasks, set goals, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Produce and present to Management a monthly result.
