Your 'day to day':
Manage and sets strategies, standards, and controls for Logistics and Distribution transport operations nationwide in accordance with PMI policies, procedures, and standards and within budget constraint. Coordinate with different stakeholders including Commercial, Procurement and Service Providers in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
Your responsibilities include:
. Manage day-to-day transportation activities, schedules and oversee shipment coordination and routing and provides visibility to stakeholders.
. Establish alignment with Service Providers for transportation management to the Service Level Agreements and set up measurement systems and implements methods to monitor and assess service providers.
. Manage process and systems improvement on transportation to analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to increase efficiency and optimize cost.
. Develop, maintain, and execute transport management standards, policies and procedures in coordination with Operations, Commercial, and Market Security & Safety through cascades/training of service providers.
. Ensure that all service providers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge of the job required through needs identification and training as necessary.
Who we are looking for:
. College/University, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain related course
. At least 5 years' experience on logistics and transport management preferably from a multinational manufacturing company
. Proficient with Excel, Work and PowerPoint

. Location : Marikina City
. Day : Monday to Saturday
. Work time : Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Saturday (8:00 am - 12:00 nn)
