Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Operations Executive to manage our fleet of vehicles. Job scope as follows:
- Compile all bookings and place on the booking system
- Schedule assignements for driver
- Follow up with drivers on all assignments and ensure all are punctual services are delivered
- Plan and maintain all vehicle inspection, road tax/Insurance renewal
- Conduct check on vehicles for safety and ensure vehicle are up to standards. Report to office on defects
- Ensure daily movements are updated and send to accounts deparment
