Transport Operations Manager (school Bus)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure workflow processes in place are followed and all aspects of transport services are delivered.
- Oversee operations to ensure that staff and vendors comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and regulations as per the Management Service Agreement and Schedules.
- Perform periodic reviews to ensure that the Transport and Caf\xc3\xa9 Operations Service Provider complies with the Scope of Services and Service Level Agreements as specified in the Master Service Agreement.
- Execute performance and compliance audits as per the agreed frequency, conducting evaluations to ensure that Service Providers adhere to the established Key Performance Indicators.
- Diploma in Operations/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in School Transport Operation and Food & Beverages Operations Management.
