Account Managementv Engage with internal and external business teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and service.v Develop, maintain, and review all account/program documentation (including status reports and reviews)v Identify gaps and requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risk, including recommending and producing solutions to addressDocumentationv Review and updates account documentation (Processes, Work Instruction, etc)v Coordinates with internal departments and reviews processes.Reports Managementv Reports to management and provides analysis, solutions and recommendationsv Reports multiple project status which concerns deadlines and urgencyFeedback Mechanismv Manages Transport team and trucker with regards to billing statusv Informs Transport team and trucker on various developmentsv Coordinates with Immediate Superior and Finance regarding Trucker collectiblesQualificationv Graduate of any 4-year course OR at least has 1-2 years' experience and exposure of inbound and outbound Logistics Operations, Distribution and/or Planning.v Computer literate: Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, SAP ECC, SAP MRP, SAP WMS, and other optimization toolsv Language: Can speak and understand English and Tagalogv Ability to propose system enhancements based on business need and to translate conceptual framework of business models into workable algorithms.v Customer Focus; Actively collaborates with the cross functional group to support company order fill rate goals, volume and value targets to generate high service level and satisfactionv Understands business process involving his/her role mandate and the immediate impact it will cause in the total end-to-end business chainv Takes initiative, innovative, hardworking, and possesses strong leadership qualitiesv Willing to be assigned anywhere in Davao CityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
