About the Role
The Transport Team Leader at Outbound Area will supervise the Transport Checkers & Loaders and ensure the proper turn-over process for loading of delivery and return.
What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Oversee overall process of loading of shipments via Land & Air in the Outbound Staging Area
• Ensure agreed Turnaround Time, Service Level Agreements, & Loading process are met
• Ensure that proper tools and equipment and other resources are available
• Recommend systems improvements based on actual use
• Execute the Transport Loading Schedule
• Ensure no misrouted bags during the loading process.
• Accomplish results through managing Transport Checkers and Transport Loaders by developing and establishing effective controls, performance management, coaching and counseling, disciplining and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources in the performance of their job

What You’ll Need

• 
  
• At least High School graduate
• Computer literate
• Willing to work overtime and night shifts if needed
• Good moral character
• Experience in using FarEye or similar logistics fulfillment systems/software is preferred

We in the Operations Team always want to deliver the last smile to our customers through excellent execution of pick-ups and deliveries nationwide. We’re a highly passionate, highly driven and highly energized team ready to take on challenges as they arise!
The new configuration and re-engineering of QuadX Operations structure and flow coined as Operations 2.0 has been conceptualized to address strategic business focus. This shall be the anchor for every node in our Quadx’s supply chain. Part of the Middle Mile initiatives is the establishment of a Transport & Control Tower that shall oversee overall movement of shipments.To effectively monitor and control the parcel journey in the middle mile operations, from PUP hub handover, XC processing, and delivery hub turn-over, ensuring completeness and TAT accomplishment.
