We are looking for a Transportation Expert to efficiently govern, manage and optimize Telemecanique Sensors Region transportation flows via sea, air, land in compliance with the transport award, local and international regulatory requirements, transport performance reporting, KPIs, FTA optimization and effectively manage transport partners to achieve best-in-class service levels to our customers.

What will you do?

• Lead in monitoring and reviewing the efficiency, timeliness and cost of upstream and downstream transport operations via sea, air and land for TESE APAC Logistics
• Ensure transport partner\xe2\x80\x99s compliance to SLA, local and international regulatory requirements
• Manage the 3PL Transport solution provider
• Fully accountable for transport reporting, performance (cost and service)
• FTA optimization for flows to/from countries with Free Trade Agreement, monitoring performance and reporting
• Lead in resolving system issues related to transportation, operational issues and in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence
• Lead in taking proactive measures for the immediate resolution of transport issues
• Lead in managing, monitoring and communicating transport disruptions and launch of fully flexible action plan
• Lead and drive transport management and business review with appointed partners
• Support along with broker daily customs operations and manage any issues
• Define and deploy efficient transportation strategy and processes for TESE Region Logistics to deliver the best service level to our customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and carriers to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure an efficient utilization of transportation resources while meeting the customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations
• Serve as first level escalation for all transport related claims from customers and IG and support service to customers
• Align transportation strategies with corporate strategic objectives for customer satisfaction, service and cost
• Support and resolve Freight Audit & Payment (FAP) issues

Qualifications:
What qualifications will make you successful?

• College/University graduate, preferably Customs Administration graduate
• Transportation and Customs compliance, experience from a service environment (Logistics, freight forwarding) and/or electronics manufacturing or FMCG
• Good understanding of TESE products & flows
• Proficient in MS applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong people management skills
