Mercedes-Benz Singapore Pte Ltd is currently looking for an Intern to support our Transport Management Team on daily operation. This will be a great opportunity to learn and apply best practice from what you have learnt in your field of study

Responsibilities

• Assist in Transportation related management for inbound and outbound operational activities
• Monitoring of common mailbox, attend to all daily emails and channel to respective parties for action
• Perform administrative tasks and ensure completeness and correctness of data in documents
• Assist in compiling of data for daily, weekly, monthly reporting to stakeholders
• support department reporting structure and ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Hybrid working environment / on-site required subject to work assignements
• Able to commit for 6 months

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related field of study
• Familiar with Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken
