About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest Global Logistics MNCs. The company is known for providing excellent Warehousing & Supply Chain Management Services to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
They are currently on an active look out for a Transport Manager to lead their local last mile delivery team.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a department of white & blue collared staff
- Managing the execution and coordination of all transportation-related matters
- Achieving and maintaining all KPIs as well as managing daily operations
- Resource allocation & management
- Data analysis to ensure operational efficiency
- Being the Superuser of company\xe2\x80\x99s TMS
- Partaking in cost-saving initiatives
Candidate Profile
Singapore \xe2\x80\xa2 Permanent
- Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of experience in related working experience.
- Familiar with LTA and other local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 rules and regulations.
- Strong data analysis skills (familiar with Excel, PowerBI, Tableu etc.)
- Strong leadership, planning and inventory management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, a self-driven individual and has ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
