Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Customer Support
  • Post-sales Support
  • Booking and Reservations
  • Rescheduling
  • Cancellations and complaints
  • Possible credit card processing
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2 years of experience on a BPO Travel and Tours related account
  • Has an experience on the following platforms:
- Sabre
- Amadeus
- Holland
- Norwegian
- Cruising Power
  • Priority is to have cruise line customer support experience. Booking, rebooking, cancellations, etc.
  • Amenable to work onsite
  • Availability to Start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
  • Paid training
  • Transportation service provided
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
