Job Description
- Handle the fare filing activities and liaise with Head Office to ensure proper distribution to industry partners.
- Manage group bookings and ensuring group requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Perform ticket auditing, quality assurance and report of filing volume and performance.
- Assist in re-validating, re-issuing, general enquiries, and special service Request, etc.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with relevant key stakeholders.
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of reservation and ticketing experience in the Airlines or Travel agency.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Altea Amadeus CRS
