Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Travel Agency experience is required
- Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field is required
- 2 - 3 years Data Entry experience is required
- Galileo/Travelport knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in typing and transcription
- Good knowledge of English in writing
- Marketing/Design experience an advantage
- Experience with WIX websites an advantage
- Obtain quotes from Airlines, Hotels, Ground Transportation etc.
- Updating passenger records
- Make Bookings in GDS (Galileo/Travelport) and upload to mid office system (Cross Check Travel - CCTE)
- Quote and Manage Group Bookings
- Creation of bespoke itineraries
- Assist with Marketing and Promotion i.e creation of Social Media posts, Promotional Flyers, Digital Marketing, Business Cards etc.
- Account/Trip File Reconciliation
- General Invoicing
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- 8 hour shift
- Travel Agency work: 2 years (Required)
