Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years Travel Agency experience is required
  • Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field is required
  • 2 - 3 years Data Entry experience is required
  • Galileo/Travelport knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficient in typing and transcription
  • Good knowledge of English in writing
  • Marketing/Design experience an advantage
  • Experience with WIX websites an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
  • Obtain quotes from Airlines, Hotels, Ground Transportation etc.
  • Updating passenger records
  • Make Bookings in GDS (Galileo/Travelport) and upload to mid office system (Cross Check Travel - CCTE)
  • Quote and Manage Group Bookings
  • Creation of bespoke itineraries
  • Assist with Marketing and Promotion i.e creation of Social Media posts, Promotional Flyers, Digital Marketing, Business Cards etc.
  • Account/Trip File Reconciliation
  • General Invoicing
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php33,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Experience:
  • Travel Agency work: 2 years (Required)
