Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The Travel Associate / Travel Consultant will provide customer service support which responding to chat/emails & entails receiving calls about travel reservations queries and other customer concerns on 24x7 support operationsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Tourism or related course, preferably with GDS certification during college or 2yr Vocational Graduate or Completed 1 year in college if Undergraduate / Finished Sr. High School Graduate
- Travel BPO Experience of at least 6 months (Airline process) OR 1 year international BPO Experience (voice process)
- Preferably with experience in travel process (air/hotel/car reservations)
- High attention to details
- Above average verbal communication and excellent written communication skill required
- Open to work on different schedules and assignments
- Alabang

- 8 hour shift
