Job Description
Travel Consultant (tour consultant)
Central SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,500- Counter sales and tour leading
- Handle clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries related to travel
- Conclude sales and make bookings in the system
- Follow up on tour confirmation, payment and documentation
- Possess good customer service skills and able to interact with people
- Required to operate computer and in-house system
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
- With or without experience are welcomed (Training will be provided)
- Friendly disposition, sales and service-oriented
- Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Applicants must be willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays when scheduled to.
